Where do I place an order?
Orders will be placed through our site only. You may place an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just pick your products, place them into your shopping cart, fill out our one page checkout and presto, your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation of your order and a shipping confirmation when the order has shipped from our warehouse.
Do I have to answer alot of personal questions to place an order?
NO! We appreciate our customer's need for privacy and do not expect you to divulge any information you are not comfortable giving. You are welcome to shop and purchase products from our store anonymously or you can sign in to ease your shopping experience.
What if I don't sign in and shop on the site anonymously?
Unfortunately, if you do not sign in, you will not be able to use the "My Account" option of our site. Also, you will be left in the dark on other pertinent green mail updates. For more information on how we protect your personal data, go below to the privacy policy section.
What if I have questions about my order?
Just go to the upper right hand corner of our store and click on "My Account". Type in your email address and password used to sign in originally. You will then be signed in to the "My Account" page. You can view your order information, make changes to your personal data, and access other features. You don't have to waste time and paper printing out all of your order information. We save it all for you. See how easy it is to be green?
Where do I go to find your refund/return policy?
There are two places to access our refund/return policy. You can find the policy and instructions under "My Account". If you have not signed up with us, the policy is also listed below.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We have to charge sales tax based on your shipping not your billing address. All North Carolina residents will have your sales tax figured at checkout. North Carolina residents, depending on your county of residence, will pay 7.75% to 8.25% of the total sales price plus shipping. Look on the bright side, at least we collect the tax up front for you. Therefore, you don't have to pay your state's use tax.
What payments do you accept and how do I pay?
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover debit and credit cards. We have a fully secure, PCI licensed payment system with SSL encrypted protection. Basically, don't worry, our system is extremely secure and does not save your full credit card account number. We are only shown the last 4 digits which you will see on your invoice and under "My Account". No hassles, just put your card number in our one page checkout and voila, our system will take care of the rest. You do not have to use other systems or be sent to another web page to pay. Pretty simple, huh?
What does signing up for your newsletter offer me?
Signing up for our newsletter has its perks. You will be in the know with the latest in celebrity trends and what they are buying that is "green" fabulous. Also, we will keep you in the loop on new products, sales, and the newest green/eco-friendly articles out there. We know everyone lives in the fast lane these days. So, we promise it will be rich with important content and not alot of fluff. Give it a try, if you don't like what you see you can always opt out under "My Account".
If we are shipping a gift, how will the recipient know it is from us?
We love sending gifts almost as much as receiving them. Simply notate in the comments section at checkout the purchase is a gift. Also, place your gift message in the comments section. We will put your message on the packaging slip and delete the prices of the items purchased for the gift recipient. All correspondence from us will be sent to you at the email address you provide.
How do I send someone a gift card?
We have made gift giving easy and eco-friendly. Instead of reading the minds of others, you can simply click on the "Grow Green Baby Gift Card" icon and send them a green mail gift card. No waiting for your gift recipient to receive products and they have the flexability of choosing the items they like. Furthermore, no cardboard or paper is wasted shipping the product. What better way to give a gift and help the environment?
Is it easy to redeem the gift card/gift certificate?
Why of course, the receiver of the green mail gift certificate will go to the upper right hand corner of our site and click on "My Account". There they will log in and see the "My Account" screen. They will click on the "apply a gift certificate to your account". They enter the code sent to them in the green mail and their account is now credited. They are now on their way to shopping bliss.

Refund/Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise in "new, unaltered and unused condition" within 5 business days after delivery for an exchange or refund. After 5 days no returns are allowed. At our sole discretion after 5 business days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. All purchases of sale items are final. Products are deemed in "new, unaltered and unused condition" if the products show no signs of wear or damage in any way and are returned in their original package. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the items once we receive them. After the items have been received and inspected at our warehouse or by the drop ship supplier, we will then issue a credit to the original card number or a store credit.
To return or exchange merchandise, you must first request a Return Authorization (RA) number via info@growgreenbaby.com. Please explain the reason(s) why and the items you want to return or exchange. Do not return any items until you have received an RA from Grow Green Baby. All returns must be sent prepaid with the RA number notated on the package. We will provide you with the return address to our warehouse or drop ship supplier when we issue the RA. Do not send items to our office in Raleigh, NC. Unfortunately, you will have to incur the cost of forwarding the items to our warehouse.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact us at info@growgreenbaby.com immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for refund or exchange/store credit. Again you MUST contact us within 5 business days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 5 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Shipping Information:
We GUARANTEE SHIPMENT within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48-72 hours of placing your order except for on weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee this for the few items being "drop shipped" by the manufacturer. This means the manufacturer will ship the items directly to you. Drop shipped products will be notated in our store along with their shipping times.
What carrier(s) do we use and what are the options?
We ship by FEDEX out of our warehouse. Our drop ship manufacturer uses Fed Ex and UPS. You will be able to go online to www.fedex.com to track your shipment. When inputing your order on our one page checkout, you will have the option to choose FEDEX ground, FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER, & FEDEX 2 DAY AIR.
How do you qualify for Free Shipping and what are the shipping options?
It's simple, look for the logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $99 or more (excluding tax), your order ships FREE! The shipping will be FEDEX ground and we GUARANTEE it will be SHIPPED in 2-3 business days (excluding items drop shipped). There are no strings attached or built in pricing to cover the cost of shipping. We are truthfully paying for your shipping out of appreciation for your purchase. If you would like FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER or FEDEX 2-DAY AIR you will have the option at checkout to pay for the upgrade.
How do we calculate FEDEX Ground Shipping?
We have made ground shipping fast, simple, and affordable. We have developed a tiered, flat rate system based on your total purchase price. Please refer to the table listed below.

How do we calculate FEDEX EXPRESS SAVER and FEDEX 2 DAY?
These shipments are calculated by total product weight and not price. Our one page checkout is directly linked to the FEDEX live rates. Therefore, at the time of checkout, you will be given these shipping options along with the live rate cost for each.
How will you be notified your purchase has shipped?
You will receive a green mail notification once your items have shipped from our warehouse or the manufacturer. It will contain the tracking number for your shipment along with other important information.
